"The DMC Development Plan was a visionary document that outlines concepts to improve access to downtown and improve circulation within downtown for residents, workers, and visitors on transit, foot, and by bicycle. The Integrated Transit Studies have further studied and refined this transportation vision. Join us to learn about and give feedback on the recommendations and preferred solutions for the future of transportation in Downtown Rochester."
