- Mike Hillukka give his classification talk. Mike detailed his career to date-- he is a partner at Thrivent Financial of Minneapolis, and formerly worked in insurance and as a financial advisor at Thrivent.

- Gordy gave a final blast about this evening's picnic at Locke Park, Fridley;
- Scott Lund issued reminders of the "5:01" meeting on August 30 at Crooners and the Literacy Committee meeting will precede the "5:01" at 4:00;
