Join us for our Christmas celebration at Batawa Ski Hill. Please bring your partner/spouse/children/grand children. Children 6-12 are half price, under 6 are free.

Menu:
-Roast Turkey (caved at buffet table)
    Gravy, citrus cranberry sauce, sage and onion stuffing
-Braised boneless beef short ribs in cabernet
       Smashed red garlic potato
       Roast root vegetables
       Broccoli
          Arugula salad with maple glazed pecans, castello cheese, Asian pears and cider shallot vinaigrette
          Greek salad
Artisan bread rolls and butter

- Candy cane cheesecake with warm chocolate sauce
