Quota, Soroptimist, Rotary Combined

Proposed Combined Meeting with Quota, Soroptimist to discuss Ball progress and update everybody on the "Sugar Sweet Stories" project. How Parade is progressing and what the Exec have had to jump through. This will provide Quota and Soroptimists with a total updste as they are only working with us on the Ball.
