Geoffrey Johnson, caterer, son of a chef, apprenticed at the Dorchester Hotel London England, experienced culinary arts in England and Europe, enjoyed a term as Executive Chef de Cuisine for the Four Seasons Group at several Canadian and American properties including openings.

A member of the Cookery Food Association UK, the Escoffier Society, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and Federation of Chef de Cuisines Canada.
