SPEAKER:

As we had no speaker for this meeting, President Sue opened a discussion by asking “What will our Club e Like Post COVID??      Discussion revealed these points.

  •  back at the Golf Club will be downstairs (upstairs will not be available)

  • we will all be very happy to see one another in person, so many we have not seen at all

  • the buffet option will not be available due to post COVID restrictions

  • will require criteria for meal costs due to non attendance; suggest that this be a part of Club Admin

responsibility

  • need ways to make meetings stimulating ie. decorate for special occasions, involve spouses/family; raffles

  • partnership with other clubs for fundraising, special events

  • consider alternate venue for meeting on a more frequent basis – Note this may lead to increase cost of meals at Golf Club (depending on frequency)
