treasury report – Reverse Draw was a net of $13,000
Kim donated a portion of her 50/50 draw back to Rotary and specified to be used for polio.
Dues are due: $210 + $100 + $20. Watch for invoice

WOODBINE – Saturday, August 26. Buffet served from noon to 3 and races are 1 to 5
Total cost is $48.08 includes tea and coffee and a $10. Voucher for the casino.
Be prepared to sign up next week and bring your $20.00 deposit required when reserving;
Minimum of 21 persons. We will car pool in lieu of renting a bus.

Read a thank you note, signed by the boys and girls themselves, from the Eastview Boys and Girls Club. A donation was made to repair their pool table.

Janice drew 5 of diamonds and won a unique deck of cards. .
HAPPY TOONIES
Sandy babysat and thanked Linda and Devon Biddle for hosting after last week’s meeting, back at their home.
Devon was happy with his unique use of the apples on the trees at his cottage - excellent taste.
Hilda’s weekend was good, she took the organ donor display to the lake, visited Cobourg and is happy with her citation.
Dave M.went to Thickson Point to view fireworks along with his boys and wildlife: a skunk, raccoon and a fox!
Janice had a good weekend and also thanked Linda and Devon. Janice advised that McDonalds take out is now available via Uber!
Linda also have fireworks from her hot-tub with Craig. She also thanked Linda and Devon and is happy with her award!
Dave A. saw fireworks from his condo and was impressed with how far you could see the fireworks.
Kris met Sam Ruparelia and advised he can walk and drive his car.
Ted lawn bowled but was more impressed with the lobster fest he attended at the home of Keith and Velma.
Bob Koski could see fireworks from afar and noted Whitby fireworks lasted longer than Oshawa’s.
Also suggested we pay a happy buck for not wearing our Rotary pin.
