Honouring Major Leo Phillips

A new Paul Harris Fellow, Major Leo Phillips with Past President Kenneth Chin and President Nirmala Armstrong.

Major Phillips addressed the members and spoke in praise of the Choir that performed that evening.  He also spoke about Teamwork which spreads across all domains of endeavors.  Being a part of his extended family, Major Phillips has expressed his sincere interest in becoming a permanent part of this group, as a Rotarian.
