Chantel talks to us about Get Moving Exercise Physiology.
Well qualified to give us some tips on how to improve our strength, endurance and flexibility. Also posture,muscle balance and lung function. The flow on affect to improving blood pressure, cholesterol levels, mood, anxiety and stress levels to name a few.
I know I will be there in the front row - we probably all know I need help in these areas especially making sure we have enough seats and food on a Thursday night.
