Our speaker will be Frank Ingardona, Training Director for the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office. He will be presenting Situational Awareness Training. Being aware of potential threats at all times, can help you avoid becoming the target of a criminal. Ingardona has presented this training to thousands of people at businesses, schools, churches and other organizations in Winnebago County.
