Denver Lions Eyesight Missions  March 20

The Denver Lions Eyesight Missions program is conducting a screening later this month. Here are the details:

We're doing this in collaboration with Aurora Community Connection ((http://www.auroracommunityconnection.com). Aurora Community Connection (ACC) is family resource center that has been committed to serving families in the North Aurora community since 2008. They provide programs such as ESL and nutrition classes, among others, in English and Spanish.

 

We will need several volunteers to handle the eye refractions, using both a Plusoptix and a Nikon Retinomax (both easy to learn if you would be new to this work), and to dispense eyeglasses (also easy) as well as handle other tasks.
