Mead Making

Randy Pace will be the instructor of this class to discover the process of making your own mead.

Please email Randy here with your reservation to attend the class and/or to develop your recipe ahead of time.

This class will be by reservation only (No walk-ins, please)

You should have your recipe and all supplies required for that recipe so you can get started.

The R/O water can be purchased at Fry’s at the machine out front and the club has 2-5 gallon containers for this. If you choose to get spring water or distilled that is Okay too.

Class limit is 10 batches, so if a couple is making one batch, both can attend.
