Feed My Sheep Prep & Pick-up

We will serve a hot meal to 150 who are homeless or in need in Temple.  We have several ways you can get involved with this project in a safe way.

1. We need approx. 4-5 members to assemble bags with items for distribution.  We will socially distance at Julie Ruiz's home located at 3111 Kensington Ct., Temple.

2. We have 14 lasagnas that need to be picked up on Sat.10-12 at Juilie Ruiz's home, baked, and delivered to Kolache Kitchen #1 by 10am on Monday 7/20.  I will be glad to bring the lasagna to your car for pick up.    If you bake a lasagna, please have it hot & delivered to Kolache Kitchen #1 by 10am.  If you place it in your trunk or back seat, we will come out and get it from you.

3. We will assemble the meals in individual containers at Kolache Kitchen #1 10-11 on Monday, 7/20.  It is required that you wear a mask in the shop.

4. We need a couple members to distribute the meals at Feed My Sheep 11:30-12:30 on Monday, 7/20.  The meals are distributed outside so we will not be in the building as usual.  This is to help limit contact and you must wear a mask.

This is our first hands on project of the year.  I welcome ideas on how we can be even safer in the future.  Love Your Neighbor!
