A Night to Remember Prom for students with special needs

Cheryl Shields is the Founder/Director of A Night to Remember Prom. A Night to Remember Prom was launched in 2011, with the goal to love, honor and celebrate students with special needs and to integrate these students with their mainstream peers so they develop an understanding and build new friendships. Over the past 9 years, over 6,000 students have attended this event. 

Cheryl has been married to Rob, her best friend and partner in life and ministry for 21 years. They are the proud parents to triplets (2 girls and 1 boy) who are 16 years old! In addition to her work with her non-profit, Cheryl is also on the Pastoral Staff in the Student Ministries at EastLake Church. She is passionate about loving on teenagers through these critical years. As if that didn’t keep her busy enough, she is also the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for Chick-fil-A in Eastlake.
