State of Chula Vista Schools

Anthony Millican has 15 years of experience in school communications and grant writing. He is a former newspaper reporter with the Los Angeles Times, Orlando Sentinel, and San Diego Union-Tribune. He has served as Communications Officer in the Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) prior to his current assignment is Director, Communications and Community Development. He is skilled at media relations, internal and external communications, emergency planning and communications, marketing and public relations, social media, and grant writing.
