Historic, New Third Avenue

Kelly Lannom is the Event Manager for Third Avenue Village Association - Chula Vista's Original Neighborhood. The mission of the Third Avenue Village Association is to create, promote and champion a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destination, leading to increased sales, property values and community pride.

Lannom has more than 20 years of professional event management experience paired with a great enthusiasm for special events. She has created impeccably organized and innovative events for multiple Olympics, Super Bowls, conventions, street festivals, craft beer and music festivals, taste events, pub crawls, grand openings, parades, galas, corporate retreats and more. Some of her past and present clientele include companies such as KPBS, San Diego GI Film Festival, The New Children’s Museum, Third Avenue Village Association, Alvord and Associates, Anheuser Busch and the City of Chula Vista.
