Rose Festival Opening Night

Opening night of the Rose Festival!  The Royal Rosarian's play a major part in this ceremony, along with the Rose Festival Princesses, the Clown Corps and The Clown Prince - and it is all on live  TV!  Meet at the Rose Festival office on the waterfront (next to Salmon Street Springs) at 4:30.  Full whites, capes, hats, gloves, ladies may wear pants. The ceremony is short - less than three minutes, but we are right up front.   Instruction on what we will do will be given that night and it is  generally - follow the person in front of you!   Join your fellow Rosarian's for a fun evening.
