Register: Olympia Capital Lakefair

The 2019 President Jeff Hunt of the Capital Lakefair Capitalarians cordially invites all Rosarians to "Cut Loose at Lakefair" This is the 62nd annual Lakefair event and will take place July 19-21, 2019. The weekend begins on Friday at the Red Lion Inn at 2300 Evergreen Park Drive in Olympia, WA 98502 with the opening of the Hospitality Suite at 1;00 pm followed by the President's Reception and Dinner at 5:00 pm. 

On Saturday the Hospitality Room opens at 11:00 am. At 3:15 pm you will board a shuttle to the Rose Planting at the Schmidt Mansion and then on to the "Grand Parade" at 4:00 pm. After the parade, we will board our shuttle back to the Red Lion where you will be welcomed to a "No Host Cocktail Party" beginning at 6:00 pm. Then the fun really starts with the Capitalarians "Legendary Clambake" at 8:00 pm.

On Sunday our weekend concludes with the Farewell Breakfast from 8-10 am.
