Where:  Portland International Airport; International Arrivals Area (on the baggage claim level)

When:  Arriving on Delta Flight 179 at 11:17 am; they will have to clear customs so expect this greeting to take a little longer than a domestic flight.  Rosarians please arrive by 11:20 am 

Attire:  Whites, hats, gloves, capes; Dames may wear day skirts
