Grand Opening Travel Portland Visitor Center

Where:  Director Park; 877 SW Taylor ST

When: Rosarians arrive by 10:45; event begins at 11:00 am

Attire:  Parade whites, hats, gloves. capes; Dames wear pants

We’ll begin with a parade around the block led by the Rosarians. Rosarians will then mingle with the crowd until the welcome and speakers begin at noon at which time Rosarians will gather in formation. After the speakers, Rosarians are free to go but the celebration will continue until 3pm with live performances and a silent disco.
