Volunteers should arrive at approximately 6:30pm as the flight is scheduled to return at 8:20pm. Kiwanians will be lining up directly after the military line. We will meet inside the terminal before the security check point. Directions will follow from there. The volunteers from Old Glory are very appreciative of our participation. One of their goals is to have a line of folks welcoming the veteran's back that stretches all the way from the gate to the terminal entrance. Anyone who wishes can stay to help with clean-up. Hope that you can join us. |

For Kiwanis One Day of Service, our club will be partnering with the City of Appleton on the beautification of the Scheig Center at Memorial Park. We will need 12-16 people to work (rain or shine) for the Appleton park dept. If the weather is nice we will clean up the gardens and help set up for the up coming season. If it rains, we will spread wood chips around as needed. This is a great service project to invite potential new members or family members! |
